Adding a new CMS article

Make sure the CMS doesn't already have a page (check here)
Use Submit a CMS form to propose it
Once approved, create the article using the CMS Infobox template

Improving existing articles

Fix broken links (broken redirects, dead-end pages)
Add missing installation guides
Update version information
Improve code examples with syntax highlighting
